Founder reservations do not collect a card or charge money, so there is no payment to refund. A reservation is not a paid preorder.

Before paid checkout

The production refund and cancellation policy will be published before any live payment is accepted. It will identify the seller, how to cancel, refund timing, the confirmed shipping promise, and the process if fulfillment is delayed.

Delay handling

If the promised ship date cannot be met, customers will receive the choices and remedies required by applicable law and the final checkout terms. No unsupported ship date is being promised in this preview.
